Fantastic! As a nurse and future nurse practitioner, I find that my empathy is often drained at the end of the shift. I want to give everything to my patients. After a few years in the healing practice, I have yet to find the line between taking care of my soul and the soul of others.

    • Hi Sara, One thing you might try is to end your work day by smudging yourself to restore balance to your energy. Another option is taking a shower as soon as you get home. Shower with the intention that you’re rinsing off any accumulated energy that isn’t supporting your highest good. Would love to see you at the retreat if you’re interested in being there! Blessings!
